When I tried launching the game I instantly got the 'missing msvcr120.dll' error so I've now got the Visual C++ 2013 x86 downloaded but not installed yet. Exe it shows it's version 1.4.22 so it looks like it's now patched. I then unpacked the latest patch to the desktop and have overwritten the files in the CoC folder and when I hover the curser over the. (I have Windows 7 so avoid using the Program Files folder) The Stalker CoP installation is in C:\Games\S.T.A.L.K.E.R - Call of Prypyat. I then moved it to a new folder I created on C:\Stalker - CoC.

I downloaded the latest CoC from Mod DB and when unpacked to the desktop it's about 8.1GB.

I'm used to installing mods but I'm not sure how to install the game, patch and a few addons I want to try out on my first playthrough. Before I do that I want to make sure I'm doing it right.
